About Outside Magazine’s Best Place to Work 2024 Award
Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work list is 50 U.S.-based companies that go above and beyond to make sure their employees have the flexibility and benefits necessary to stay engaged at work and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
To be considered for the list, companies must complete a two-part survey, which includes outlining their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, benefits, and employee makeup as well as inviting employees to complete an anonymous survey to understand what it’s like to work at that company.
