We are delighted to share that Optera has been named one of Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work in 2023, ranking 13 out of 50 on the list. This is Optera’s second consecutive year receiving this recognition.
Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work list is made up of 50 U.S.-based companies that go above and beyond to make sure their employees have the flexibility and benefits necessary to stay engaged at work and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
To be considered for the list, companies must complete a two-part survey, which includes outlining their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, benefits, and employee makeup as well as inviting employees to complete an anonymous survey to understand what it’s like to work at that company.
