We’re so pleased to share that Optera has been recognized as one of Outside Magazine’s 2022 Best Places to Work, ranking in the top 25 among 50 companies on the magazine’s annual list of best places to work.
The designation was based on a two-part survey to understand each workplace’s policies, practices, philosophy, benefits, and employee makeup, as well as an employee survey to understand the personal experience of working at the organization.
