About Built In’s Best Place to Work 2025 Award
Built In’s annual awards program is open to companies of all sizes, and honors both remote-first employers as well as companies in large tech markets across the U.S.
The purpose of the award is to recognize companies that offer the best compensation packages, total rewards, and culture programs among their peers. The lists are decided based on an algorithm using company data about compensation and benefits. The algorithm takes into account the benefits that candidates are searching for more frequently, like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI, and other people-first cultural offerings.
